About the Internship
Admin Assistant intern assists the sales team. They may assist the manager and senior staff by performing administrative and entry-level duties while they gain experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in ensuring product, sales and customer data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in preparing customer analytics.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the immediate superior related to the attainment of the department objectives.
Eligibility / Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:- Able to grasp technical information and able to communicate the same in simple terms.- Fast learner and has a high level of attention to details.- Possesses time management skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- At least 4th year of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication Arts or any related field.- Can render at least 400 hours of the internship requirement.- Must have a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from college or university.- Can manage regular working hours, Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm.BENEFITS:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeJob Type: OJT (On the job training)Contract Length: 2 monthsWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)Location: Makati City (onsite)Important Note: The company offers OJT allowance and continuing internship to employment program opportunities to deserving interns.
