About the Internship
As a Business Development OJT/Intern, you’ll be exposed to actual business operations, including market research, customer engagement, quotation preparation, sales support, and marketing activities. You’ll also have opportunities to join site visits and ocular inspections, giving you firsthand experience in understanding client needs, project requirements, and how marketing works in an actual business setting.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Qualifications:• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field• Required to complete an OJT/Internship program• Can extend or render a minimum of 500 hours• Willing to work on-site and participate in actual business activities• Willing to join site visits, ocular inspections, and client-related activities• Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a professional environmentSkills:• Communication Skills – Communicates clearly and professionally.• Marketing Knowledge – Understands basic marketing concepts.• Market Research – Can gather and organize market information.• Quotation Preparation – Willing to learn quotation preparation and pricing.• Customer Engagement – Comfortable communicating with clients and customers.• Teamwork – Works well with others and different departments.• Willingness to Learn – Open to learning through actual projects and site experiences.
