About the Internship
Fhilar OPC is a women-led and women-founded fashion brand, founded in 2022 by a 23-year-old founder, manufacturing its own apparel and selling directly to customers through TikTok Shop and Shopee. We're looking for a Fashion Design Intern to work directly with our production team and get real, hands-on experience designing pieces that actually go into production and get sold.
This is a hybrid- Currently enrolled in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a related course (or equivalent experience)
- Loves fashion and has a genuine interest in womenswear
- Basic sketching or design skills (digital or hand-drawn)
- Familiarity with fabric types, garment construction, or pattern basics is a plus
- Detail-oriented, especially with fit, proportion, and finishing
- Able to work onsite in Manila for the full internship duration
- Available to commit to the internship duration and required hours role at our Manila location.
What you'll do:
- Assist in designing new pieces and product variations for upcoming collections
- Help create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts
- Support fabric, print, and trim selection alongside the production team
- Assist in fitting sessions and sample reviews
- Help track design revisions from concept to production-ready
- Research fashion trends relevant to our target market
This is hands-on, not theoretical — you'll see your design ideas move from sketch to sample to something customers actually buy.

Fhilar OPC is a women-led and women-founded fashion brand, manufacturing its own apparel and selling directly to customers through TikTok Shop and Shopee. Beyond running the brand day-to-day, we manage our own Live selling operations, affiliate program, marketing campaigns, and fulfillment — giving interns hands-on, current experience in both the fashion/apparel business and e-commerce selling on these platforms. As an intern with us, you'll get real exposure to building and manufacturing a product line, growing sales through different E-commerce platform, live selling , and affiliate partnerships, and the operational side most internships skip — logistics, compliance, and scaling a small team.
